Print and sign this simple claim form, attach a copy of the tax invoice (invoice you received when you made your purchase) and email it to the following address:

Once the email with the attachments has been sent completed, signed and scanned form along with your invoice and the demonstration video.
Wait for our response, we will contact you in less than 48 hours from your completed and documented claim. after this if your request is accepted and both parties decide by mutual agreement:
Please correctly send the goods you have received, well packaged and ready for transport. The guarantee period of our products is 24 months. Which includes the proper functioning of the spray system of our bottles and the quality of the juice of our fragrances. When you make a purchase, we always send you as a tax document (the invoice for your order) as a guarantee card. Claims for defects and warranties (claims) do not apply to defects caused by misuse, improper wear, bumps or wear and tear of use of our fragrances, nor bumps.
The customer is required to file a claim immediately after the defect has occurred. Returned merchandise must be delivered to us along with a written notification of defects and include the option to settle the buyer’s claim under the law, otherwise the claim will be deemed void.
If you want to claim your product because it has not arrived in the desired period of time, even when the merchandise has arrived in good condition, you can do it, but the return costs are at your expense!
If you decide to claim the product because it has not arrived, you must first start the claim to the means of transport (Post office, TNT, DHL, FEDEX, UPS, depending on your case) and then complete your claim to FG Salon, sending us the official email that the transport company has provided you according to your case.
We will review the claim in accordance with the instructions provided by the manufacturing company or manufacturer of our fragrance merchandise or its representative. We will send the goods to the manufacturer for expression and handling. The cost of shipping the goods claimed outside the customer is borne by the customer. In the event of a positive resolution of the complaint the product is forwarded to the customer repaired or replaced by new merchandise.
The maximum settlement time for the claim is legally established at 30 days, but we try everything possible to speed up the process.
